    No complaints so far. Their food is pretty good. Generous amount and friendly customer service. My husband and I prefer this place over Jin Jin. Love the coupon if you spend over $15+ one of the options is a free 2 liter drink (;

    We had eaten here a couple times before and it was decent. I wanted to surprise my husband by having lunch delivered to him on Post. I ordered at noon and at 1pm he hadn't received it. I've been calling and getting a busy singnal for 30 minutes straight. They just lost a customer!

    Despite what anyone says, this is my favorite go-to chinese food joint in junction city. The only place I will ever get lomein from. Their house special lomien is what I usually get, along with spicy and tangy beef. Their orange chicken, general chicken, and peking shrimp is pretty good also. Only 3 starts becus the place itself looks pretty run down inside. So I usually order to pick up or delivery. They always gives our HUGE portion for the price of it. I get 3 meals with 1 order.

    This place has by far the worst Chinese food ever. Everything had a funny taste to it. The plain fried rice was at least a couple days old, smelled and tasted sour.

    Hired my wife, then they refused to call her back because she told them she was pregnant. Discrimination is illegal.

    Food to saucy, chicken overcooked, tasted cheap, you can't order an appetizer they want you to put everything in together and it all comes out together. Do yourself a favor go to the store buy a panda express for frozen meal and go home. Actual rating is -5 stars.

    This is ok food, which is pretty good for Junction City. Heres a listing of what we've ordered: House rice - best thing Ive ordered there. Consistenly good. Kung Pao Chicken - hot and ok tasting Mongolian Beef - pretty so-so. Not bad Cashew Chicken - no real flavor Sweet/Sour Pork - gross. All coating, very little pork. Theyve forgotten the sauce on it once, forgot the pork the second time and got just the sauce. Egg Rolls - theyre ok. standard fare. Overall its pretty meh. Not the worse Ive had but definitely not the best...by far. I also think they are overpriced. Chinese food always cost a bit, but at least make the food worth it.

    not all that but its aiight,best chinese take out in JC thats all i can say,portions are big and delivery is real fast. i always get the spicy house special lo mein ..the restaurant is also a great place to dine in its very clean. only negative thing is the lady on the take out phone lines rude and in the middle of ordering u can hear her flirting n laughing in the background...not paying attention to what youre ordering so she ends up having u repeat ur order like 3x -_-

    This place is disgusting and needs to be schooled on what good chinese food is. We ordered mushroom chicken, broccoli and beef, and sweet and sour pork. For a second I thought the chicken was fake, no joke it was like water filled rubber. And the pork was mainly the batter. Also I don't know what you would call the rice they served, but it was so dried out. What happened to good fried rice? I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone with a sensible palate.

    Best Chinese food in JC. We order it almost every week and have never had anything to complain about. There is occasional inconsistency with the flavor of the food, but it's probably due to different chefs.

    A lot of the Chinese I know strongly recommended this place because supposedly it serves better hot pot than Happy Valley (which is now closed because the owners decided to return to China). I was told that they have more ingredients. Finally, my friends and I decided to try it out. First of all, parking was limited. Actually, I think the parking lot is in the back, but it's hard to tell because when we went, there were cars for sale in the lot too. There are two entrance to the place. One from the side, facing the cars-for-sale lot and the other facing the main street. The interior seemed new and clean. (Note the word 'seemed' because I am not that sure, really.) We got our menus, but the waitress was very slow at taking our orders even though all we asked for was the hot pot. When they finally brought the hot pot out (with spicy and non-spicy) broth, I wasn't too excited. The part that got me really looking forward to eating was the black mushroom which was something that Happy Valley didn' t have. Although we had to pay for each ingredients, I thought the good thing about this place is that they offer a variety of ingredients for the hotpot. That's basically just about it. It was quite unfortunate that the broth didn't bring out the best out of the ingredients either. The kitchen staff sure held back on some needed spices for the broth. Despite the 'blah-blah' experience, I actually do want to go back because they have Peking Duck on their menu. I do want to try it, but I haven't felt a strong urge to go back because if the hot pot broth was as tasteless, I can't guarantee that the Peking Duck dish would be any better. I think I would be better off cooking my own food.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
